Cancellation Policy
A reservation retainer is required to secure all appointments. This retainer will be applied toward the cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. Your reservation retainer will be transferred to your future appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the reservation retainer.
One courtesy transfer will be granted for cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Additional reschedules may require a new reservation retainer.
Out of respect for all guests and scheduled appointment times, late arrivals may result in a shortened session while the full service fee remains applicable.
